1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

1.1. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

1.2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods such as spices and foods that have been opened or tampered with.
  • Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts.
  • Gift cards and vouchers.

2. Process for Returns

2.1. Returning In-Store Purchases

  • Items purchased from our physical stores can be returned directly to the store where the purchase was made.
  • Bring the item(s) along with the receipt or proof of purchase to initiate the return process.

2.2. Returning Online Purchases

  • Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item(s).

3. Refunds

3.1. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the refund within 7-15 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3.2. Partial Refunds

  • In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at bhaukorde1975@gmail.com or visit one of our stores with your item and proof of purchase.

5. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
