- Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts.
- Gift cards and vouchers.
2. Process for Returns
2.1. Returning In-Store Purchases
- Items purchased from our physical stores can be returned directly to the store where the purchase was made.
- Bring the item(s) along with the receipt or proof of purchase to initiate the return process.
2.2. Returning Online Purchases

3. Refunds

4. Exchanges

5. Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
